With the unique experience in the field of administrative and tax law, high academic knowledge, high self-confidence from working in different positions in the Turkish and international judiciary system and a problem-solving-oriented approach, he provides legal consultancy and advocacy to domestic and foreign real and legal persons in national and international arbitration especially on the Energy Law in the scope of electricity, natural gas and oil regulations of the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority, on the Procurement Law in the scope of cancellation of procurement, corrective action, rejecting of application, registration of deposite, prohibition of participating in any tender, price adjustment based on relevant tender legislation with State Procurement Act  No 2886 and Public Procurement Act No 4734 and decisions of the Public Procurement Board of Turkey, on the Competititon Law in the scope of abusing of dominant position, distortion or restriction of competition, admnistrative fines and sanctions, merger and acquisition lessening of efective competition based on the decisions of the Competition Board of Turkey  in accordance with the Act No. 4054 on The Protection of Competition, on the Capital Market Law in the scope of capital market instruments, the issue of these instruments, issuers, public offerors, capital market activities, capital market institutions, exchanges and other organised markets where capital market instruments are traded, market operators, central clearing institutions, central securities depositories, the Central Registry Agency,  and the decisions of the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, on the Zoning Law in the scope of zoning plans, zoning plan changes at all scales, subdivision, building permits, changes and cancellation in licenses, on the Tax Law in the scope of all taxes and penalties, including customs duties, VAT refunds and deductions.  As a lawyer or consultant, he independently researches international and national arbitration processes in accordance with the rules of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the rules of National Arbitration. At the same time he is an arbitrator of Mediation Department of Turkish Minisitry of Justice.
